ABOUT ME

Hello and welcome! My name is Jessica Arocho, and I am a recent graduate from UCSB with a major in Psychological & Brain Sciences and a minor in Professional Writing, Science Communication. From both my academic and professional experience, I have developed a passion for health and wellness as well as serving an active role to improve the well-being of my community. I use writing as a mechanism to share my knowledge on various aspects of psychology to bridge the gap between scientists and society and inspire others to develop a holistic approach to their health. I hope you enjoy and stay tuned for my next publication!
